THE PLATES SPEAK TO US

These family plates are laden with memories and stories, sometimes spanning generations. They are living narratives that unite our family memories and shared moments . The plates hold within them the tangible traces of our grandmothers' cooking, of the time spent delighting our family, and of the love that emanated from it. Each piece of the set is a fragment of history, a living artifact that speaks not only of the people who owned them but also of the eras they have witnessed.

Plates speak to us! They are therefore much more than a material inheritance. They are an emotional and cultural inheritance.

Vezanne

my mission

"By becoming a 'Storyteller,' I preserve and reinvent. I make each piece of earthenware a living witness to the memory that is part of the contemporary world."

to be a "Storyteller"

"My mission is this: I am the "conveyor" of a story .

It's a profound, sincere, and inspiring approach. It touches me deeply.

No pretense . My intention is clear: to "pass" history through my eyes, through my art. I am the mediator between the past, the present, and the future, between family and contemporary narratives.

I breathe new life into these old pieces, a new artistic breath with my poetic eye."

Clélia

as a child, already

"As a child, at my grandmothers' house, I already perceived the plate as a painting, with its illustration and its text. It was not a simple utilitarian object but a support for stories, for cartoons."

Vézanne

my values

Vézanne is an invitation to travel and a strong, committed, artistic and poetic gesture allowing us to always pull this thread of tradition and stretch it towards modernity.

Tribute

My artistic approach, with this desire to bring history to life through contemporary creations/works, is an act of homage.

The "small wearable paintings" that I design and make are both objects and works of art. They allow everyone to experience history intimately, making it close and accessible, while honoring it in a poetic and artistic way.
