Vézanne, an approach that gives meaning
With a commitment to craftsmanship driven by an artistic vision, at the heart of environmental issues.
Vézanne jewelry is handmade by Clélia Chotard, in her workshop located in Malicorne-sur-Sarthe.
Each piece of jewelry, plated with fine gold by a company certified as a Living Heritage Company, celebrates the beauty of ancient earthenware.

Vézanne
an artistic approach
A graduate of the School of Fine Arts with an approach focused on painting, Clélia's ambition with the Vézanne workshop is to create jewelry that focuses on painted details.
These designs have the ability to capture a moment and make it tangible and portable. It's an intimate way of carrying history and making it a part of one's own identity.
With the same exacting standards as a work of art, Clélia is committed to designing and then manufacturing unique and contemporary pieces in her workshop in Malicorne-sur-Sarthe.
Vézanne jewelry carries meaning, is imbued with memories, and is admired like miniature paintings.
On the back, each piece of jewelry is signed and hallmarked, certifying the good quality of the plating.

Vézanne
artisanal know-how
Each Vézanne jewel is born in the hushed silence of the workshop.
Under the concentrated light, the gestures are repeated with patience and passion.
The earthenware is carefully cut.
The flame heats the metal, the gold enhances it.
The fragments of earthenware find their setting.
Nothing is left to chance. Each piece is custom-made, designed to house and reveal a chosen motif. It's a constant dialogue between shapes, compositions, and colors, where the legacy of our traditions rises within contemporary creation.
From inspiration to creation, a unique work is born, revealing memories, enamored with storytelling and looking towards the future.

Vézanne
An environmental project
In our workshop, we are committed to using and repurposing existing materials to design and create new, timeless objects without producing new waste. This is the art of upcycling; it's the art of creating something new from something old.
Vézanne is part of a virtuous approach , both artisanal and environmental .
Pieces of earthenware found in the soil of Malicorne, plates picked up in house clearances, attics and flea markets. All have had a first life.
These earthenware pieces are brought back to life through the creativity and craftsmanship of the workshop, becoming timeless jewels .
