In France, in Malicorne-sur-Sarthe, a charming village in the Sarthe valley, a true city of earthenware and art crafts.
The Vézanne workshop is located in the village center, on the banks of the Vézanne, the famous little stream that flows at the bottom of our family garden.
ARTISANAL EXPERTISE
"To bring each piece to life, I design and shape ancient faience with my own hands. It is first cut, filed, then varnished.
To enhance this ceramic fragment, I then work with metal. It is cut, filed, brazed, soldered, then polished, adjusting it to the piece of faience.
"Patience, delicacy, and passion" are my watchwords.
